My comfort zone gets bigger every year. Why? Because I push myself to do hard things. I want to be my best self and that comes from new experiences (both good and bad ones!), dedication to my goals and surrounding myself with people who love and care about me. It can be hard to try new things. It can be hard to stick with something it until you feel that it has been completed. It can be hard to steer clear of negativity.
